Drop Database is a Czech producer and DJ coming from the eastern part of the Czech Republic. He came into the limelight in 2016 thanks to his „The Start of Something“ promo mix. Later, he released on labels such as Onyx Recordings, Mutated Resonance and Stickybass Records. However, he attaches the most importance to the Czech label Sinful Maze, where he is the co-founder and the Production Graphic Designer.
2018 was a pivotal year for him with his solo set on the Let It Roll Madhouse Stage. A year later he visits the drum and bass stage at Ostrava’s Beats For Love and appears on the first SINFUL MAZE compilation “The Maze”. In 2020, he left another sinful imprint with ‘“Wavelength” as a solo release, and later that year with ‘Follow’ as part of the collaborative “Assembly Assault” compilation, which was supported by the former Noisia Radio, followed by collabs “Closely” with Yatuza and “Šyvoe” with Meph in 2021.
Despite all drum and bass styles, today he is primarily involved in technical deep production. In 2022, he introduced himself to the world of ambient and orchestral music under his civil name Marek Dadok with his personal “Monochrome EP” which represents another musical side demonstrating his versatility as an artist.
After almost 2 years of the making, Marek Dadok aka Drop Database finished his path and released his debut SFM EP “Voyager EP” on December 2023. The four-track release consists of deep atmospheric rollers, stinkers, and storytelling bits that will take you on an adventure from the levels of the sea to the depths of an unknown abyss. And so the Man behind the label’s graphic postproduction after several singles fully enters the imprint of SINFUL MAZE discography, delivering the results of his destined duties.
